Home Page News Applications Downloadables Events Officers Meetings Club Members MACC WEB MDSC WEB Boyne WEB Searchmont WEB	The PowderHound Ski Club was formed when Skier & Racers from other Ski Clubs in the Metro Detroit Ski Council were tired of the NON Skiing and NON Racing Focus of their existing clubs.  Many Skiers and Racers wanted a club where they could Ski, or Race without feeling obligated to Regularly attend "Official Club Functions".  Our Skiers are not people who happened to ski, but People for whom skiing is an integral part of their life.  We don't just ski, WE ARE SKIERS.  We have had years when our membership was nearly 100, and 45 - 55 people raced.  Most recently we have shifted our focus to having only about 30-50 members, with 90-95% of them racing in the MACC Race Program.  We are a Racing Club, with racers from all ability levels, both Men & Women, and ranging in age from early twenties to late Seventies.   Yes for all you PowderHound CASS IS BACK !!!, and racing again.
